- Click on the application form option.
- The names of the 05 vacancies mentioned in the 2022 community-based healthcare project will be displayed on screen. You must select one and then click Next.
- Click No Select Next.
- On this page, you will find the CBHC job application form. Fill it with accurate and truthful information and submit.
Application Fee paid Process
You must send 02 (two) SMS and enter the BDT application amount. 560 / – in 72 hours (seventy two).
First SMS: CBHC <space> User ID and send to 16222.

CBHC Job Test Date & Admitt Card Download 2022
You can find all the information about employment testing on the website www.communityclinic.gov.bd. However, you can find information about obtaining a Admitt card through the website cbhc.teletalk.com.bd.
You will also be notified by text message if it is initially deemed appropriate. The test date for the Community-Based Health Care Worker and the name of the testing center will be written on the consent card.
