The following conditions must follow in filling up the application form and participating in the test:
The age of the applicant should be minimum 18 (eighteen) years and maximum 30 (thirty) years on 01-05-2022. However, age limit can relax up to 32 (thirty two) years only for sons and daughters of freedom fighters / martyrs and physically handicapped. However, the upper age limit of sons and daughters (grandchildren) of freedom fighters / martyred freedom fighters is 30 years. The age limit for departmental candidates (Bangladesh Forest Research Institute) for the posts mention in 01 and 10 mention in the sequence can relax up to 40 years. Affidavits of age are not admissible, and retired police or armed.
Candidates working in government, semi-government and autonomous organizations must not more than 59 years of age including the period of service in the force in the case of members of the Application Force with the permission of the appropriate authority. No TA / DA will be issued for participation in written / oral / practical examination. The following documents will have to be submitted during the oral examination. Original copy of all educational qualification and experience certificates should be displayed. One set of photocopies of all certificates attested by 1st class gazetted officer along with Application Form filled online and 03 (three) copies of passport size (color) attested photograph should be submitted.
Attested photocopy of the certificate issued by the Chairman of the Union Parishad / Mayor / Ward Councilor of the City Corporation and the Certificate of Registration / National Identity Card issued by the Gazetted Officer of 1st class should be submitted as proof of permanent resident of the district. If the applicant is a son or daughter of a freedom fighter / martyr, then the attested photocopy of the certificate issued by the Chairman of the concerned Union Parishad / City Corporation Ward Councilor / Mayor / Council should be submitted.
In this case the name of the father / mother of the candidate and the name of the son / daughter of the freedom fighter should be mentioned and the relationship of the candidate with the freedom fighter should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. In case of Orphans, Physically Handicapped, Minorities and Ansar and Village Defense Member candidates, attested photocopy of the certificate issued by the appropriate authority as per the latest policy should be submitted to the candidates working in government, semi-government and autonomous organizations.
